Guys it's August

I've started biking
A lot less than I'd like to but it's about 20-30 min at least 3 times a week?
It's a little but starting tomorrow I decided to go jogging at least twice a week for purpose of cardio and stamina so I'm not sure how long I'll last but I plan on running till I'm dizzy.
I'll run and then if I get tired break for 5 min the run again
My goal for tomorrow is at least 30 min
But then again I'm not sure how out of shape I am
But I am pretty out of shape
But let's go

I need to get motivated
I also decided to try blog instead with my friend
This will NOT go well
Anyways I'm out gg gnight
It's 11 idk what this time says for the post but its 11:30 and I have tennis tomorrow at 8.

I seriously cannot even

The past four days I have been doing an intense dance workshop 6 hours a day of dancing. I am exhausted but starting tomorrow I have volunteer from 9-4 so. I want to work out at the YMCA because its close and a month is only $25 so I asked my friend to do it with me. Strength, running (treadmill), and swimming, it's quite nice for only $25.
I will probably do it everyday as long as I can also manage time for summer homework so I'll probably go to volunteer walk to the Y (5) stay there for an hr or two then walk home, take a shower, eat dinner then do homework. I need to apply tomorrow so I'll start that soon!
But for now corkscrew planks
I am dying.

I Will Start Again

SO
My church has sumer camp on July 25th to the 27th. And obviously swimming is going to be included. And since I am insecure about my legs I will start a "leg workout" regimen. So. I will start tomorrow.
Also for my summer classes not sure if I wrote this or not but I have to write 4 page papers each so. I don't know. I'll probably procrastinate? But I shouldn't.

Ok I'll start making one now, and then I'll start doing it tomorrow ok?

3 reps of 50 squats (I have a lot of time)
I'll do my indoor bike for 30 minutes at the least
3 sets of 50 "calf bounces"
3 sets of 30 side-lying clams
3 sets of side lying hip-abduction

As I get used to this regimen I'll make it harder
If you have any ideas too that's cool.

I'll add in out door things later like jump roping and I should start running. I cannot run around my block without being exhausted. Now you have the image of a fat person panting. I just have a very weak cardio. Please believe me. Seriously.

Day I don't Even Know

Obviously I've been slacking. I haven't exercised. Occasional random walking and running. But no working out. I'm pretty sure I've gained weight. Haven't actually checked to keep my self-confidence high. I start summer classes on monday (I did not fail a class it's just for "fun" they say and it's free so why not) so I'll actually be out of the house. Hopefully I get a job or a volunteer somewhere. I will start working out again. I might start swimming. Just for fun. I also have summer homework.

Just fun facts. My birthday was on Sunday! (June 8th) and I also dyed the tips of my hair blue :D Not neon but just whatever it' really nice in the sun not noticeable in the dark so I like. It's perf.

Day Forty-Five

My FFF- May 27, 2014 - Tuesday
Goal- Lose at least 15 pounds by July.

I feel fat.

Sighs
Very fat.
Anyways finals week is going well
Scared like hell for math (tomorrow) and history (Thursday)
I'm totally studying
Since I get home at around 11 everyday the rest of this week I was thinking I would start running after school.
Reasons
     1. No one is there to judge me
     2. I might as well
     3. I'm feeling so fat
     4. If I didn't i would stay at home eat and play league
Seriously.
I need to exercise
Hopefully I get that summer job, and I find somewhere to volunteer.
I also want to see if this place nearby has a cheap summer membership for their pool because swimming is a very fun exercise and I want to pass that swimming test at orientation in September and not feel embarrassed in a swimsuit so....
Many pros only one con (membership price because I ain't going to Astoria park everyday)
