Guys it's August

I've started biking
A lot less than I'd like to but it's about 20-30 min at least 3 times a week?
It's a little but starting tomorrow I decided to go jogging at least twice a week for purpose of cardio and stamina so I'm not sure how long I'll last but I plan on running till I'm dizzy.
I'll run and then if I get tired break for 5 min the run again
My goal for tomorrow is at least 30 min
But then again I'm not sure how out of shape I am
But I am pretty out of shape

I seriously cannot even

The past four days I have been doing an intense dance workshop 6 hours a day of dancing. I am exhausted but starting tomorrow I have volunteer from 9-4 so. I want to work out at the YMCA because its close and a month is only $25 so I asked my friend to do it with me. Strength, running (treadmill), and swimming, it's quite nice for only $25.
I will probably do it everyday as long as I can also manage time for summer homework so I'll probably go to volunteer walk to the Y (5) stay there for an hr or two then walk home, take a shower, eat dinner then do homework. I need to apply tomorrow so I'll start that soon!
But for now corkscrew planks
I am dying.

I Will Start Again

SO
My church has sumer camp on July 25th to the 27th. And obviously swimming is going to be included. And since I am insecure about my legs I will start a "leg workout" regimen. So. I will start tomorrow.
Also for my summer classes not sure if I wrote this or not but I have to write 4 page papers each so. I don't know. I'll probably procrastinate? But I shouldn't.

Ok I'll start making one now, and then I'll start doing it tomorrow ok?

3 reps of 50 squats (I have a lot of time)
I'll do my indoor bike for 30 minutes at the least
3 sets of 50 "calf bounces"
3 sets of 30 side-lying clams

As I get used to this regimen I'll make it harder

I'll add in out door things later like jump roping and I should start running. I cannot run around my block without being exhausted. Now you have the image of a fat person panting. I just have a very weak cardio. Please believe me. Seriously.

Day I don't Even Know

Obviously I've been slacking. I haven't exercised. Occasional random walking and running. But no working out. I'm pretty sure I've gained weight. Haven't actually checked to keep my self-confidence high. I start summer classes on monday (I did not fail a class it's just for "fun" they say and it's free so why not) so I'll actually be out of the house. Hopefully I get a job or a volunteer somewhere. I will start working out again. I might start swimming. Just for fun. I also have summer homework.

Just fun facts. My birthday was on Sunday! (June 8th) and I also dyed the tips of my hair blue :D Not neon but just whatever it' really nice in the sun not noticeable in the dark so I like. It's perf.

Hopefully I get that summer job, and I find somewhere to volunteer.
I also want to see if this place nearby has a cheap summer membership for their pool because swimming is a very fun exercise and I want to pass that swimming test at orientation in September and not feel embarrassed in a swimsuit so....

On a more civilized note, I have a bio final tomorrow, feeling pretty good about it. I mean how can you fail a 75 multiple choice, 25 fill in the blank, and 4 short answers. You can't. You really can't.
Stressing about Latin and History and I have no idea what our English final is. Our teacher is crazy. Legit full on I have no idea what she's talking about and it's not because I don't get literature but I don't know what she's trying to do crazy.
Anyways. Trying to convnce my parents to get me a membership to either YMCA or this local pool so I can swim over the summer. Fun.

I'm not going to even bother to write the posts for the days that I missed. I completely forgot what I did. On Thursday though for our tennis tournament, I got up to 3rd round as second doubles. Woohoo!! Admittedly the team we lost to became the doubles champs so, justification. Well luck of the draw.
I've been studying a lot and stressing about finals week. This week is review week and well first final = bio on Thursday *internal scream*.
I'm going to get back to studying but when finals start I'll have half days and get home around 12 so I should have time to work out (and study....). But yea! Summer is almost here and I'm trying to do summer volunteering to get my school volunteer hours done with, and maybe I'll get into my summer job thing. Um. Yea. I don't think I'll reach my goal by July. (I've also gained weight because I got into a horrible habit of skipping breakfast because I wake up late so.... body goes into starvation mode, which means lunch = fat instead of energy).

Lunch at school was horrible. It was Greek food, and I mean no offense to you Greek people out there with your wonderful feta cheese but this was school food and they probably jacked it up. A lot. I ate a slice of bread (yes white oh shush) and a cup of granola with yogurt.

Omg. Church. Got home at 5. But church is always fun to me. Friends, the guy I like, I get to chill, break from reality. We finished learning the dance today, in about 1.5 hrs. We need to perfect it on Saturday. Inside life- wore mascara and shiny lip balm. Am I trying way too hard? Whatever.
Plus! I fit into these pants that used to be tight on me! Not like I think they are going to rip tight, but just like "I think if I kicked someone they would rip" or "I need to pull them up before I sit" tight. But now they are comfortable and a bit loose if anything. They look weird now. Maybe I should put them in the dryer.

Day Twenty-One

Had Korean School. A bunch of running around for a play I didn't know I had. It was fun.
Had korean dance for 1.5 hrs (hard work)
Then went to church and learned our Mother's Day song dance (사랑스러워 - 김종국/Lovely - Kim Jogn Kook). Spent about 1.5 hrs teaching that and dancing it. Stress life as a freshman! These seniors be slackin'.
Lol anyways, if anyone wants an inside on my personal life, there's a guy I like at my church. I've known him for about 7 years? Same school, then I transferred to a different middle school but we went to the same church. He's two years older (he's a junior). So I tried putting mascara on today, doubt he noticed. Of course. I could barely notice (I wear glasses and well... The frames etc). And yep. Life. Sighs. I don't want to ask him because if anything I'll have to see him for at least another year and I don't exactly have the confidence to ask him out. This is one of my reason's for doing this FFF.
And if any of you out there are wondering about progress. Well. For there to be any progress within 3 weeks is impressive. But I have lost about 6 lbs. (Working on that portion control!) But yea, no I have not been starving myself, I just eat if I don't feel hungry, and drink a lot of water.

I'm really (excuse my language but) fucking this up. I have a ton of major school assignments, church stuff, dance, korean school, and I'm still in an emotional crisis, and this week I have had less than 24 hours of sleep so far.
I'm procrastinating on projects and this weekend I should wrok on my religion project/final (catholic school ugh) and I don't have the time (I'm screwed).

I didn't work out today but I was learning a dance "What's happening" by B1A4 (k-pop) and doing the "이게 무슨 일인지 난 모르겠어 etc" part is hard because its jumping all the time. And I spent about 5 minutes doing that. AND it's mental work too. I'm tired. Homework. Well, oh well.

It's May guys, and it's almost 2 months till July wait. It is 2 months... Did I make another miscalculation (sighs). Whatever.

It's so true. And looking at the scale and checking if you lost any weight from the day before is addicting. You want to compare yourself to the day before. Damn.

Stressful day today. I applied for the Columbia Science Honors Program and, no judging, but it was really hard. As a freshman. I don't think I passed..... Oh well. After that I took the train home and went to my Korean Traditional Dance Class. Did that for 2 hours. Came home ate KFC (ick) and slept (worst idea ever) and now I'm doing homework. But also my extra exercises. :D
Progress is alright pretty good for now, I've sort of gotten used to portion control.

Today, at korean school (yes, I am Korean-American and I go to korean school fun fun) we took something called the TOPIK, which is something like a Korean proficiency test. 3 hour test, decently hard. After that I had two performances of Korean dance (yes I do Korean traditional dance and drumming, hey! Go look at my learning place: KTMDI. The website is actually really nice) and then I went to church, because it was Easter vigil mass and we had to decorate Easter eggs to sell. It was fun, I was very tired though. I could not stand during mass. My legs were killing me. Anyways. I didn't do much exercise today.

Today, I didn't have any sports or anything. Normally I have a double period of gym but CPR is a required course and we basically sit and watch a video and occasionally do compressions. Today was the first day.

Today, I played as a starter on my tennis team!!!! Yes, as a freshman. Normally I'm just a sub. So I got exercise out of that, and recently I've been looking into ankle/wrist weights because I want to work out. But I realized that I have to be in shape first and master the exercises that I do to even attempt to make them harder. So I found some online and I'm doing those. These are just leg strengthening, and because I am a student and I don't have much time to go outside and just run, nor do I have the self-confidence to do so, I prefer to work out at home, and so I do these.

Day One

For any of you who follow davidsocomedy, he's been doing something called "Funny, Fat, Fit". For those who don't know, he is a youtube comedian vlogging about him trying to lose weight. I decided to join him and I decided to post a daily log here.

Goal- Lose at least 15 pounds by July

April 13, 2013 - Sunday
Although I have been following davidsocomedy's vlogs for quite a while now, I never really followed his "Funny, Fat, Fit" videos, because 1. I thought it would just be about your progress losing weight, and 2. I thought it didn't relate to me. Of course I was wrong on both accounts, he was always who he was in his vlogs, inspirational, pretty deep, and downright hilarious. I've been wanting to lose weight for a while, and as a highschool freshman I'm still in the "trying to find who I am" and stuff like that.
I know the reason why he's losing weight is for a healthy lifestyle, and I want that too, I'm pretty sure everyone does but not everyone tries to reach it. But as a student, daily exercise and studies are hard to maintain.
When I entered middle school, I was 4'10" and around 100lbs. I was a bit fat, or chubby one might say, and then I was pretty self-concious, but at that time I played tennis 3 times a week an hour to an hour and a half each time. I was averagely healthy and I slept not too late, around 11. Later on there was more work and less time for exercise so I cut down on tennis to once a week and only for an hour and a half of a non-intensive workout. Soon by the time 8th grade came I was sleeping at 12 on average and I wouldn't exercise or necessarily eat healthy. Now as of freshman year, I am 5'3" and 135lbs. A lot of that goes into my self-confidence, and I know it shouldn't but it does, due to media exposure and of course the underlying judging that comes from everyone.
I've been working on starting and finishing my homework earlier by eliminating distractions and I've been sleeping at 11 now. Even at the beginning of freshman year, new school, new people, and all of that stress, I was sleep at 1 to 2 everyday. It was horrible for me. Sleeping at 11 is a big improvement for me. A better sleep cycle, but of course at times I have extra work so I sleep later, or I have an extracurricular that doesn't give me the time I normally have for homework.
After I feel as if I've developed a pretty stable 10-o'clock-done-with-homework-time, I want to start adding exercise into my day. I don't plan on checking my weight again until the end of May, but I will check it tomorrow and keep that for my own personal goals.

I'm trying to keep daily logs on this, and this is a personal experience, so yea you can hate if you want, but just know that, you're just the worse person in this case.
