My FFF- April 24, 2013 - Thursday
Goal- Lose at least 15 pounds by July.

Tired, very very tired,

2 sets, on each leg, of side-lying clams
4 sets, on each leg, of side-lying hip abduction
3 sets of 25 squats
150 calf bounces

2 MONTHS AND 5 DAYS LEFT
