My FFF- May 7, 2014 - Wednesday
Goal- Lose at least 15 pounds by July.Played a 8:8 7-4 Tiebreak in tennis today, dayum we were losing 4:0 in the beginning though so I think we did a good job. Took about 2 hours though.
1 set of 15, on each leg, of side-lying hip abductions
1 set of 15, on each leg, of side-lying crabs
1 MONTH AND 4 DAYS LEFT
