My FFF- May 6, 2013 - Tuesday
Goal- Lose at least 15 pounds by July.Got my finals schedule! thank goodness we don't have a religion final, but we do have a project that I have not started yet. Oh yes I am screwed. It's due on Friday and it's a lot... Anyways. School is almost over thank goodness to that too. Two more weeks of classes thet review week then finals and I'm out! Well I have summer school and I'll be starting SAT prep.
2 sets of 25 calf bounces
1 set of 30 sit-ups
15 leg lifts
1 set of 15, on each leg, of side-lying clams
1 set of 15, on each leg, of side-lying hip abductions
1 MONTH AND 25 DAYS LEFT
