I Will Start Again

SO
My church has sumer camp on July 25th to the 27th. And obviously swimming is going to be included. And since I am insecure about my legs I will start a "leg workout" regimen. So. I will start tomorrow.
Also for my summer classes not sure if I wrote this or not but I have to write 4 page papers each so. I don't know. I'll probably procrastinate? But I shouldn't.

Ok I'll start making one now, and then I'll start doing it tomorrow ok?

3 reps of 50 squats (I have a lot of time)
I'll do my indoor bike for 30 minutes at the least
3 sets of 50 "calf bounces"
3 sets of 30 side-lying clams
3 sets of side lying hip-abduction

As I get used to this regimen I'll make it harder
If you have any ideas too that's cool.

I'll add in out door things later like jump roping and I should start running. I cannot run around my block without being exhausted. Now you have the image of a fat person panting. I just have a very weak cardio. Please believe me. Seriously.

Day I don't Even Know

Obviously I've been slacking. I haven't exercised. Occasional random walking and running. But no working out. I'm pretty sure I've gained weight. Haven't actually checked to keep my self-confidence high. I start summer classes on monday (I did not fail a class it's just for "fun" they say and it's free so why not) so I'll actually be out of the house. Hopefully I get a job or a volunteer somewhere. I will start working out again. I might start swimming. Just for fun. I also have summer homework.

Just fun facts. My birthday was on Sunday! (June 8th) and I also dyed the tips of my hair blue :D Not neon but just whatever it' really nice in the sun not noticeable in the dark so I like. It's perf.
