My church has sumer camp on July 25th to the 27th. And obviously swimming is going to be included. And since I am insecure about my legs I will start a "leg workout" regimen. So. I will start tomorrow.
Also for my summer classes not sure if I wrote this or not but I have to write 4 page papers each so. I don't know. I'll probably procrastinate? But I shouldn't.
Ok I'll start making one now, and then I'll start doing it tomorrow ok?
3 reps of 50 squats (I have a lot of time)
I'll do my indoor bike for 30 minutes at the least
3 sets of 50 "calf bounces"
3 sets of 30 side-lying clams
3 sets of side lying hip-abduction
As I get used to this regimen I'll make it harder
If you have any ideas too that's cool.
I'll add in out door things later like jump roping and I should start running. I cannot run around my block without being exhausted. Now you have the image of a fat person panting. I just have a very weak cardio. Please believe me. Seriously.
