Guys it's August

I've started biking
A lot less than I'd like to but it's about 20-30 min at least 3 times a week?
It's a little but starting tomorrow I decided to go jogging at least twice a week for purpose of cardio and stamina so I'm not sure how long I'll last but I plan on running till I'm dizzy.
I'll run and then if I get tired break for 5 min the run again
My goal for tomorrow is at least 30 min
But then again I'm not sure how out of shape I am
But I am pretty out of shape
But let's go
FUNNY FAT FIT
I need to get motivated
I also decided to try blog instead with my friend
This will NOT go well
Anyways I'm out gg gnight
It's 11 idk what this time says for the post but its 11:30 and I have tennis tomorrow at 8.
